Some of the world's top riders including 2018 Tour de France winner Geraint Thomas, Peter Sagan,  2-time Giro d'Italia winner Vincenzo Nibali, Simon Yates, and many more will participate in the 2020 Giro d'Italia. After kicking off with a 15.1 km time trial in Monreale on October 3rd, the 21-stage 2020 Giro d'Italia will move to the mainland and conclude in Milan on October 25th, 2020.

During the unpredictable 2020 season, viewers were treated to some of the most dynamic and explosive racing in recent memory.

The uncertainty of the season created a sense of desperation in the peloton. The next day of racing was never guaranteed, which resulted in heroic performances and big risks.

March Hirschi had fans on the edge of their seat as he hurtled down the descents of the Tour de France. Miguel Angel Lopez's Tour almost ended before it started thanks to the tactics of his Astana teammates. And Davide Formolo's plunge off the Col de la Madeleine earned him a victory in the Criterium du Dauphine, despite the commentators worried critiques.
