Tadej Pogacar Breaks Free To Win Vuelta a España Stage 4

With 50 kilometers to go, nearly half of the day’s 104.8-kilometer journey, Tadej Pogacar rode free from the lead group and won Stage 4 of the Vuelta a España by a huge margin.
Felix Gall was the last rival dropped and got to see what so many other competitors have seen in the last seven years – the numbers on the back of Pogacar’s jersey get smaller as he disappears into the distance.
Jarno Widar and Felix Gall finished second and third on the day, more than two and a half minutes behind Pogacar, who now leads Primoz Roglic by 3 minutes, 21 seconds.
