    Italian sprinter Elia Viviani has signed on for the next three years with the Ineos cycling team, which on Monday also announced three other new riders, including Omar Fraile. Viviani, who won the track world championship elimination race last week, rode for Cofidis last season but had a spell with the British team run by Dave Brailsford, called Sky at the time, for three years, from 2015 to 2017.
