Christopher Blevins was recently in Austin, Texas for Lawson Craddock's annual off season training camp; "Camp of Champs".
Christopher invited Michael Sheehan to tag along and see how the pros were preparing for the 2020 racing season.
Riders in attendance were Christopher Blevins (Specialized Racing), Lawson Craddock (EF Pro Cycling), Edward Anderson (Hagens Berman Axeon), Evan Bausbacher (Gateway Devo), Lucas Bourgoyne (Elevate - Webiplex).
The training plan for the day was a 6 hour long ride with 4 x 30 minute tempo efforts. Easy, right?
