The Secret Breathing Technique That Saved Simon Clarke's Career

Mar 30, 2020

For years, WorldTour pro Simon Clarke suffered from an asthma-like condition. His airway would constrict during the hardest moments in a race, limiting his ability to perform at the highest level. The effects of the treatment were immediate. Clarke won a stage of the 2018 Vuelta a España and experienced a career-best year in 2019. In this exclusive interview, Clarke shares the story of the secret breathing technique that saved his career for the first time.
