The two talk about the challenges the women's peloton continues to face, including consistent live television coverage of their races.

They preview the biggest races on the 2021 calendar, including the very first edition of a women's Paris-Roubaix.

It was a big year for transfers with Annemiek Van Vleuten moving to an increasingly international Movistar roster.

The duo wrap by talking about Trek-Segafredo, a team that has continually raised the bar for women's cycling since they launched their women's program in 2019. This year they instituted a policy which guarantees that their men and women receive equal base pay. Apparently not everyone is happy about this policy.
