Watch stage 19 of the 2019 Tour de France. 

Stage 19 was intended to be a 126.5 kilometer race from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne to Tignes. The penultimate climb of the day was the Col de l'Iseran, the highest point of the 2019 Tour.

As riders climbed the Col de l'Iseran, an intense hailstorm was causing chaos in the valley between l'Iseran and Tignes. The route was rendered impassable and the stage was abruptly cut short. 

General classification times were taken at the top of the Col de l'Iseran, making that climb one of the most consequential of the Tour.
