Vincenzo Nibali Is Eyeing The Giro's Lombardia Stage

The finale of stage 15 of the 2019 Giro d'Italia will take on the same legendary climbs as pro cycling's fall classic, Il Lombardia. Nibali, who's twice conquered the race of the falling leaves and its short but difficult ascents—the Ghisallo, Sormano and Civiglio—says the length of the stage 15, the longest in the race at 237km, may prove as difficult as the steep climbs and tricky descent into Como.
