Felix Gall attacked late in Stage 14 of the Vuelta a España 2026, but the goal wasn’t the stage victory. The plan was to test overall leader Enric Mas and make up time on second-place rider Primož Roglič.
Gall picked up 25 seconds on Roglič, a four-time Vuelta champion, and moved into the second spot in the GC standings.
Mas leads Gall by 2 minutes, 6 seconds, and Roglič dropped one spot to third (2:10). Richard Carapaz is the closest podium challenger, more than two minutes behind Roglič.
