La Vuelta a España is often one of the most competitive and unpredictable races to wrap the grand tour stretch for 2022. Cycling's final 21-day race of the season, the Vuelta a España, gets underway in Burgos Saturday with three Olympic champions taking on the mountainous route bookended by individual time-trials.

The 2021 Vuelta a España runs this Aug. 14 to Sept. 5 and includes many stars who could compete for the final overall victory when the race wraps up in Santiago de Compostela.
