Italy's Filippo Ganna of Team Ineos won the stage six time trial on the BinckBank Tour on Saturday as Belgium's Tim Wellens remained well set for overall victory.

Ganna finished the 8.3km course with a five-second margin over Italian compatriot Edoardo Affini of Michelton-Scott. Jos Van Emden from the Jumbo-Visma team was third.

Wellens finished 10th and has an eight-second advantage over Marc Hirschi in the race for the title ahead of Sunday's final stage.
