Strade Bianche is pro cycling's most iconic gravel race, traversing over 50 kilometers of white dirt roads in Tuscany.

The event emerged from L’Eroica, a gran fondo which features classic bikes and kit, and was established in the 1990s with the aim of preserving the beautiful white roads.

In 2018 we witnessed an epic race in the rain. Wout van Aert emerged as a road racer to be reckoned with, Romain Bardet showed he’s more than just a stage racer, and Tiesj Benoot took his first classic victory. While in the women's race, Anna van der Breggen relegated Katarzyna Niewiadoma to second place for the third consecutive time.
