"Ben O'Connor is back home!" Decathlon CMA CGM posted on social media. "He left his mark on the team between 2021 and 2024, with a stage win at the Tour de France in 2021 and another at the Vuelta in 2024, where he also finished 2nd overall."
O'Connor, who has spent the last two years riding for Jayco AlUla, has signed a contract until 2028.
As well as his stage victory on an unusually cold day at the Tour in Tignes with the French team in 2021 - then known as AG2R Citroen - he also won a stage at the Tour in 2025 with Jayco AlUla, on the Col de la Loze.
Sivakov, 29, also was announced by the team Tuesday after joining from Tadej Pogacar's UAE Team Emirates on a three-year deal.
The experienced duo, as well as third recruit Belgian Laurens De Plus, are expected to be valuable support riders in the mountains for 20-year-old French prodigy Seixas.
