Pogacar Turns Pressure Into Power - Tour 2025

The 2025 Tour de France begins Saturday, July 5, with a flat, 185-kilometer loop starting and finishing in Lille — and Canadian cycling fans can watch every moment of Stage 1 for free on FloBikes’ Facebook and YouTube channels.

The opening stage will be streamed live in Canada at no cost, giving viewers early access to the race as two-time defending champion Tadej Pogačar begins his campaign for a fourth yellow jersey.

The flat profile favors sprinters and is expected to end in a high-speed bunch finish, with teams like Alpecin–Deceuninck and Lidl–Trek aiming to claim the first stage win and yellow jersey of the race.

Stage 1 also opens a three-week race across France, with full Tour de France coverage available on FloBikes and the FloSports app for subscribers throughout the event.
