Tadej Pogacar broke a wrist in a fall at the Liège-Bastogne-Liège one day classic on Sunday and will undergo immediate surgery.

Two-time Tour de France champion Tadej Pogacar broke a wrist in a fall at the Liège-Bastogne-Liège one day classic on Sunday and will undergo immediate surgery.
The 24-year-old Slovenian will be operated on at a Ghent hospital by a specialist surgeon, his UAE Emirates team said.
UAE Team's Dr. Adrian Rotunno said, "Tadej suffered fractures to the left scaphoid and lunate bones. The scaphoid will require surgery which he will undergo this afternoon with a specialist hand surgeon here in Genk."
